Saying this is the worst place I have ever lived is putting it lightly. I would have rather lived out of my car. I m writing because I wish someone would have warned me prior to my move-in. Here s a brief summary of why you don t want to live here: All of the neighbors have at least 3 cats which jump up onto my balcony, come into my apt. and attack my cat. The woman in the apt below me smokes so much I m sure to die of cancer from my brief 3 month stay. The smoke travels through the vents and the windows cannot be left open because the smoke comes straight in that way instead of being filtered through the walls. So, in the middle of summer with all the windows closed and no air conditioning, life s pretty uncomfortable.

In addition to each resident owning 3 cats, they also each have countless kids who like to play in the parking lot throwing rocks. This is no exaggeration; I can show you dents in my car. Also the sprinkler system is so screwed up it sprays directly onto the sidewalk and I have been soaked many times trying to run from my car into my apt. On numerous occasions I have had to exit my car through the passenger side because the sprinkler is soaking the driver s side. There is a tree over my parking spot that is leaving sap on my car who my dealership says is destroying the paint.

After reporting all of these things to management several times, I finally couldn t take it and gave them my notice of lease termination. To which they are making me pay all kinds of fees and had no sympathy that my stay was miserable. They can expect a bill to cover my cancer treatments. Trust me on this one, you do NOT want to live here.
