Ive lived here over a year. Not sure what others tenant are talking about. I do live in the front apartments and I dont see any mold. My neighbors are friendly, and quiet. My guest always find a place to park. And when i have a maintance issue it get fixed within 2-3 days. Which is reasonable to me. My rent did go up when i renewed my lease, which i dont think is fair. But i have priced apartment in the area and cant find anything close to what im getting now. 2 bedroom, 2 FULL baths, Washer and Dryer, Water Garbage PAID,a walk in closet plus a workout room. Someone tell me where i can get the same deal, and i will consider it. There are a few things i do wish for and that would be storage space, a club house where parties can be held and a larger bedroom.

About the swimming pool and Hot tub. Like any other apartment complex.. Swim at your own risk. I dont swim but i do allow my daughter to get in. Pool are all the same a large body of water that a bunch of people swim in. Of course is going to be slightly dirty. Unless its your own private pool. How can you complain.
