it WAS a great apartment.. until the construction next door

I have lived here for one year. The apartments are great and the speed of response to maintenance requests is outstanding. However, when there are noise problems with neighbors, the management never responds to complaints or even mentions anything to the offenders. The parking is an issue, without assigned parking spaces and lack of permit enforcement. The grounds were wonderful, with a view of the creek and wildlife, until the construction began next door. New housing is going in and it effectively destroyed our quiet atmosphere and the view.
