It is okay for a temporary place.

We were needing a short-term place while one house sold and we bought another. The month-to-month rental agreement enabled us to do that. Overall, the complex was adequate. The parking could be a nightmare sometimes. However, things were fixed immediately and management responded to requests in a timely manner.
