Great apartments, Great location...1 mile from Circuit city, Best buy, Fred Meyer etc. Professional courteous on-site management. Brookside Estates features spacious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments.

The Manager is very professional and polite. She was very polite and friendly when I first called to inquire about available apartments and rates. When I eventually drove down for inspection, her office was organized and she laid down all the details I requested for with a very high level of accuracy and coherence. After speaking with her, I knew I had found my new home. She even provides move-in gifts for new tenants to make sure the first few days are comfortable. My apartment is awesome, but I would never have discovered it if the manager hadn't responded to my call in a friendly, polite and professional manner. If you are looking for a new apartment, you just found one!

Did I mention that Brookside Estates is a mile away from Washington square' yeah...and there is a gas station and auto care center just opposite the apartment. Its easier to say everything is just a mile or less away.
