I moved into these apartments one year ago. From the very first week here, I experienced noise issues like none other. Underage drinking and excessive noise from the parking lot is VERY WELL tolerated here. The management will say they will take care of the issue, but mostly just lie to your face. Also, since the walls are very thin between floors, if you like to hear your neighbors' bass music playing, this is the place for you. Most neighbors are quiet and respectful, but it only takes a couple of bad eggs to ruin your living experience.

The apartments are a nice size and have a great layout. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance staff here act very professionally. There is plenty of parking, a nice swimming pool, and adequate gym facilities. The rent is also very reasonable.

This would be a great, great place to live if it weren't for the noise issues.
