As a single woman living alone, I feel safe in this neighborhood. It's just far enough off the beaten path that people from the MAX station and the main roads aren't coming through here all the time. And I really appreciate that there are locks on both my doors that can only be opened from the inside.

The grounds are very well maintained, and the mainenance staff is very professional and responsive, from my experience.

My neighbors can be a little noisy at times, but that sort of thing doesn't really bother me. I haven't noticed anyone living here that I would consider undesirable.

As a dog owner, I really love that the apartments are right next to a park where I can go walking.

I can't speak to the parking, since I live near the street and park on it.

One thing I will say, though, is that all the reviews on this website should be taken with a grain of salt. I am dismayed at what I read about the deposit here at move-out, but that seems to be typical these days, and I'm glad I know what to expect when my time comes. Overall, my time here has been a positive experience so far.
