I moved into these apartments last July. One thing that bothers me is that my apartment is on the third floor directly across from the garbage center and the garbage person comes on Monday and Thurday mornings at 6:00 am. It is so loud and wakes me up every time. Also, since it has been cold, there has been major leakage of air through all my windows. I let management know and they didn't seem to care. During the summer, it pretty much stays cool but winter is miserably cold.
