I've been here for 8 years and for the previous years our experiences with the staffs and the rent were fair but now with the new staffs and especially the new manager ,she's not friendly and it sounds like she does not care if you've been with the apartment for a long time as long as she wants to increase your rent gradually, our rent will be increased to $ 80.00 a month effective September and didn't even gave us any notice and the reason why I found out about it , was I asked them on Aug 3 that my lease will be expired next month and they said that yes and it will be increase to $80.00. We were expecting already that once we will renew our lease the rent will increase but we were not expecting that this high and no notice at all. Not fair and they don't know how to give any importance to the tenents that been loyal with them.. No good customer service. Previous manager was so nice and considerate.
