Re: Rent Increases & Management

I've lived in the apartments for nearly 2 years, and have renewed my lease twice. The manager they had when I moved in was great. She was nice and always helpful. The lady they have managing now is a hag. She's rude and completely trashy. I went to pick up a package from the office and she helped me, but was on her cell phone the entire time, and acted like I was putting her out when I asked a question after she brought me the package. Another time, she couldn't even find the package, but when I came back later and someone else helped me, they found it right away. The other gals in the office seem to be competent from what I've seen.
As for the rent increases, that's just the way things go in this market. With everyone losing their houses or selling because of their adjustable rate mortgages, they have to go back to renting, so apartments are in high demand.
Anyway, the apartments themselves are about as good as anywhere else for the amount of space you'll get, and the grounds are well kept, and the neighborhood itself is quiet. I would recommend Cambridge Crossing for those things, but if you have to deal with the manager on a regular basis, be prepared to be treated like garbage. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
