My boyfriend and I moved into Cambridge Crossing 2 years ago for $600 a month. The manager was wonderful and was very helpful. Two years later our rent has escalated to over $700 a month for our little one bedroom.

We have had nothing but problems. The new manager IS a Hag. She is rude and very full of herself. You go to pick up a package and she is always outside smoking. Even though she acknowledges that you are there she will take forever to finish off her cigarette before coming in to help you. I remember waiting almost 5 minuets for her as she was just taking her time and when she came in she was actually criticizing my shoes!

With in the first few months our place just started to fall apart. The washer broke and flooded the kitchen the first time we used it. The shower knob had busted off, bathroom droor was busted and someone tried to fix it with tape! and the wood on the side of the kitchen counter started peeling off.

Parking is HORRIBLE. You always have to park away from your actual apartment and if you park in the street with several other cars you will get egged regularly. The first few months of living here our car was STOLEN and a year later they found it broken down a few blocks from our place! The area is not the best to live it.

$700 wouldn't be so bad if we were not living in a 600 sqft Apartment.
There is better out there so look else where before you settle!
We are defiantly not staying here anymore!
