Some people are turned off by the price of rent. I was initially.. I shopped around and the quality of the apartment and service is worth the price.
The management is very helpful with all manner of problems.
They have a free video borrow (rental style) set up in the main office.
They have a contiioulsy rotated batch of dvds you can sign out and watch for free.
They always have tasty cookies and coffe or tea to snack on when you go in the office.
There is quite a bit of parking there. No door dings..
There is a beautiful walking park right behind the complex that goes on for miles. It is a real treat.
