Very Expensive and Rent will increse after every every lease renewal

Don't try to rent for short term lease here, Rent will increase $50 and above for for every renewal(even it is renewal after 6 months). Management charges huge amount after vacating the apartment. Here they are always absorbing full security deposit of $500 to $700 and even more after vacating the apt saying they did carpet change, cleaning etc even after you vacate the house spot less. Management is very tricky they never change bad applicances and argues that you are not using it properly becz of it is under repair. So do not rent here unless you are very sound to pay these huge bills.
