BED BUGS!!!!!

We have had TWO bed bug infestations in 6 months. Now during the second time we are required to wash and dry all our clothes before the exterminator can visit. The landlord didn't tell us this, the exterminator did when he came the second time. They will not return until everything is washed and put in plastic bags (which wasn't required the first time). We asked to be compensated in rent for the time off work, electricity and water that would be required for all this prep work. Their response was "No, we're good landlords." If they are so good why does the complex have bed bugs'
Also, my bicycle and others things have been stolen from the property. Not to mention someone was robbed!!

If you had them six months ago and didn't do as instructed, then what did you expect? Follow the instructions and you will get rid of them.

The first response seems like one from the management group, which you should identify yourself as. I to have had bed bugs in the same apartment complex.
