It's gotten worse, but still better than most...

Years at this apartment: 2001-01-01 - 2003-01-01
Having lived here for almost two years now, I'd say I'm overall rather happy with the experience.
As with all apartments, this place isn't perfect, but it has its definate bonuses.
For starters, you rarely ever hear your neighbors...which is great, walls must be pretty thick.
Secondly is location...I can't imagine a more convenient location for access to 26/217 and DT Portland.
Some of the cons would include the joke air conditioners (1970's) and horrible garbage service.
