Worst place ever

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001
 
I lived here for 8 months and everything went wrong that could go wrong. The hot/cold were backwards, the washer flooded, neighbors above me littered in my backyard, I had a scary neighbor who made threats and left notes on my door, there were fleas when I moved in and I didn't have a pet... the list goes on. The management even let me break my year lease because of all the troubles I had with them.
