I don't know about past ratings, but I've been here over a year and a half and have never had a problem with neighbors, the management, etc.

Comfortable and spacious apartment, friendly and helpful management, and any maintenance issue (there have been only one or two) were dealt with promptly. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
