We've lived here for a few years, and they only raised rent once after 2 years by only $10, so that wasn't bad. The maintenence guys are great pretty friendly and always quick to help fix things even if it's my fault they're broke. Don't hear neighbors and for outside noises other than a siren every now and then it's surprisingly quiet. We've got a great deck, fireplace, full sized washer and dryer and a dishwasher and tons of storage space. The office staff come and go pretty quickly but other than that it's great.
