Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Every time we've had even a minor issue, the office staff takes care of it right away. The maintenance personnel are very good, and they leave notes explaining what they did. Our washing machine was acting funny, and they left a note that a new washer would be delivered within two days--and it was!
