Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Location is excellent. Walking distance to the light rail. We've lived here almost a year and have loved it. Only one maintenance problem and it was fixed promptly. Nice big balconies and windows for lots of sunshine and fresh air. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.
