Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005

Maintenance always fixes something right away. Office staff ALWAYS friendly. They have activities for the kids and tenants all the time. Send out flyers every month. Incentives to stay and renew your lease. Always trying to update the grounds and the apartments. Plenty of parking. They usually keep the noisy tenants out. If there is a problem, you usually don't hear them again or they are evicted. I have been here 3 years and I highly recommend it. Good prices and different floor plans.
