Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
Positives: Great office staff and maintenance; well-kept for a 1970s-style complex; spacious apartments; nice and well-kept health club and pool.

Negatives: Noise level, particularly in the summer; Electric heat (spendy); No central air conditioning; older facility means frequent maintenance.

I would rent and live here again.
