They come accross as a well oiled machine. They are pronpt, polite, and helpful.

However, Deb can be a bit of a b**** if you p*** her off. I am good friends with a former leasing agent that worked under her. She (my friend) said that Deb was polite to peoples faces, then said awful things about them as soon as they left hearing distance.

I was also charged to replace a counter that they claimed was damaged, I asked to see the damage but they had already thrown it out. I turned in my keys around one in the morning on Sunday (Saturday night), Deb doesn't work on weekends, I showed up on Monday morning to do a walk through and the counter was already "gone" (they could not get it for me to look at it).

I do not recommend this complex, if you want a nice place to live, go to Sorrento Bluff.
