I had virtually every bug imaginable in my apartment. When I told the office about it, they made promises to take care of it, but never followed through. I'm not just talking a spider here and there. I'm talking about finding 5-10 a day in my apartment. I'm a very clean person (no pets), so this totally grossed me out. Talked to other residents who experienced bugs galore as well. I broke my lease to live somewhere cleaner.
