I would be interested in knowing how many people feel there should be a class action against this place' I am considering it. I have proof of what they have done, and if they try to lie, they will get in deeper trouble. Rememeber Deb what your parents told you,(or did they tell you how to be a fair and responsible person in life' Or are you having trouble remembering') Please rememebr- the great ratings are very easily given by the managaement or staff. So, look at the worst ratings- if it is only for bad parking- I have experienced a lot worse- canyon park had much more severe problems than this! Also, it doesn't hurt to call them as a potential renter and tell them that you are worried about their negative ratings- and call the corporate office also. But, remember, they probably will be on their best behavior then. The details below(rent amount etc. are all hurriedly put in, not necessarily what we were paying- I am trying to be discreet as I know the management feels revenge is okay- which it is not- but lawsuits are there - when adults can not always- to be fair. If you do get a lawsuit together- please leave the info. on this site so that everyone that was treated like this- and I am sure there is even more than on this site- can join. Take care and lets all try to buy a house- so we don't have to worry whether or not we get good landlords :).

I am sorry, but this seems ridiculous!!! You sound like a teenager telling your parents how unfair life is. Maybe you should buy a house, because it sounds like you wont be happy until you do. Geez!!!
