I just moved out after living at CP for over a year. I broke my lease to move downtown because it was more convient for me. I only have the nicest things to say about Canyon Park. The office staff are very nice. Always friendly and they always take care of any issues you may have . . . . at least they did for me. My apt was a lower level 1 bedroom and I enjoyed it very much. great layout and overall very comfortable. The walls seemed to be very thick as I didn't hear my neigbors much. I had a neigbor that played their music loud and after talking with them I rarely had anymore problems with them. I had a few maintainance items that needed to be taken care of over the time I was at CP and the maintaiance things were taken care of quickly. They had to replace my washer/dryer combo and they even let me do my laundry in an empty apt until my new w/d came in because they had to special order it. All in all I think that CP is one of the best places I have ever lived. If you want to live in Beaverton I would check it out!!
