Great except for maintenance problems

We have enjoyed this apartment complex since moving in during May 2008. It is very pet friendly. Our dog loves meeting other dogs around the complex. We live on 3rd floor so it is quite. We've had a couple problems with maintenance issues and a being wrongfully accused of a noise disturbance. It took maintenance over 5 tries to fix our leaking shower faucet. Finally they brought in a professional plumber but didn't come and patch the hole like they should have and left all our bathroom closet stuff on the floor. Also a neighboor said we were being loud when it definitely couldn't have been us. The office staff very politely heard our side of the story and dismissed the complaint. Overall a good place but watch out for the maintenance.

I agree about the maintenance. They do not respond quickly and in my case, a toilet part had to be replaced, but the maintenance person looked at it and told my wife it looked okay. I placed another request in for it and am still waiting for it to be fixed.
Also, the bathroom door knob would jam occasionally. When it did, it took several minutes to unjam it in order to get out of the bathroom. I placed a request for it, but it took an emergency in order for them to come right away and replace the door knob.
