I have lived at this complex for over a year, and I really don't have alot of complaints. If you live in the A section of the complex, then you will hear some more noise from upstairs, depending on your neighbor, but the other sections of the complex are quieter, b/c they are not three floored. Maintenance has come by a few times, and they haven't done a bad job. The management has been steadier in the last year, but before that office staff rotated alot. There seem to be many dogs around lately, which I don't own one, but I don't hear them for the most part. The grounds are clean, and the pool/weight room are a bonus-though could be updated a bit. Any time I had a complaint about something, the office staff solved it quickly. I have had an overall great experience here, and you cannot beat the convenience in location. Anyone who complains more about this place, obviously hasn't lived in apartments much, because other places I have lived have been more challenging.

I agree! This is the best apartment complex I've lived in. Quiet compared to most and I love my sunkin living room. Close to max and the bus. I just renewed my lease.
