They sold the apartment to me by saying the pool and spa are open year round, I move in and later I find out that the pool is closed till summer and the spa doesn't look so good.
(Equity, do you check your pools and if so is the water supposed to look yellow?)I'm not kidding, the spa water is yellow and the jets don't work. I've told them and they don't seem to care.
If a pool and spa are important to you then have them check the water in front of you and enjoy watching the embarressed looks on their faces.
