This complex is a joke. I am a pretty low maintenance tenant but the staff was rude to me from the very beginning. My fiance's car was broken into and his radio was stolen. I enjoy using the fitness center when it is clean (once a month or so). I have experienced being awaken at 2:00 with loud residents on their patios screaming. Don't be suckered in by the move-in incentives. ITS NOT WORTH IT!! All equity properties are awful.
