i have nothing but great things to say about this place. having recently moved from the bustle of Nw to the quiet of the burbs, centerpointe has been great. i generally dont like big complexes, but the creative touches, awesome staff and great location sold me. close to nature preserves and parks, the parking nor the noise has been a problem for me, and the maintenance folks were at my place within 30 mins the two times i had minor problems. great rates for the amount of apt you get.
