Overall its a pretty nice place, very modern interiors, large windows (nearly ceiling to floor), decent closet and storage areas, very nice cabinets and woodwork. Within range for DSL connection from local phone co. No problems with bandwidth (havent tested cable modem though). A block away from the Beaver Creek MAX stop. A block away from the Nature Park.

Apartment has washer and dryer, works fine, leveled properly. Extra-high ceilings with fans and track lighting. Large decks/patios though deck railings could be replaced (badly weathered). They had some problems in the past (before I moved in) with siding but it has since been replaced, no problems with weatherproofing and insulation is fine. Barely ever hear the people next to you.

Management is eager to fix any problems should there be any, friendly staff. Maintenance is always quick and responsive.

Parking is fine unless you are looking for space around midnight or later on a weeknight.

Recycling for cardboard, they used to have recycling for tin, plastic and more but they have since removed that service.

A few minor problems with pets roaming around but those issues have been resolved. No loud music, save for the occasional musician playing during reasonable hours. Loud car stereos and home stereos are not a problem here.
