I have had a series of maintenance items that have gone without qualified attention for months, yes months. They "no show" their maintenance appointments or only arrive to say they'll be back when they ask the maintenance manager how to fix it. The maintenance manager should be fired. Does he do anything besides ride in his golf cart all day, stopping by his own apartment to hang out several times a day?
We do all of our own maintenance here in our apartment. We should be compensated for the trouble. I know, if they fire the inept maintenance mgr, they'll have enough money to pay for and back up their maintenance guarantee! Now that's thinking! Ever hear of accountability, customer service, or business ethics?
It's too bad that the one or two very bright office employees and the once beautiful community have to go down on this sinking ship. What a disappointement. What a waste.
