We have lived here for nearly three years and endured the transition to Equity managment. We endured the exterior construction and have repeatedly had problems with noisy neighbors. The managment does not do anything about the noise.

We have complained about noise but nothing has been done in three years. We have had a broken door our on our patio for three years that has never been fixed. Rent has increased and service had gotten worse. Parking is a big problem and you have to pay to get an assigned parking space. Staff repeatedly "misplaces" packages that are sent here and dropped off in the office. Managment is always changing and nobody helps you, just refers you to somebody else, or just plain doesn't call you back. I would strongly recommend living somewhere else.

All apartments are almost the same. I visited Center pointe at night, It was kinda scary. I would want to live there but not many choices with reasonably cleaner aptms when it comes to beaverton

Have you ever considered the management has grown tired of you complaining about other tenants after three years? If you don't like hearing other people, buy a house.

I always laugh at those quick to defend management and say "buy a house" - STFU is what I say, you have a RIGHT to complain. Almost all leases mandate that noise must be confined within the walls of your home. Why is it that a tenant is expected to uphold all aspects of a lease, but management is not expected to uphold their end? That's BS. Complain, but complain in writing. Give them 30 days to remedy the problem, if they don't then it's a self-imposed eviction because management broke the lease. Document that they don't enforce the noise problems. Remember, almost every lease specifies that noise MUST remain in the confines of the unit of origin. That's your weapon with this crap.

I always laugh at those that think they know everything. I bet your old lady wishes she had a reason to wake the neighbors. The point is that as neighbors in an apartment you need to be considerate -not the grumpy neighbor. I mwas annoyed by noise at a few places that I lived in but I was the only person around that felt that way. I changed neighborhoods because that wasn't a good fit for me. Thats OK just keep on being obstinant and raise the cost of living with frivilous lawsuits.
