This community and the one across from it (Lasalle) used to be able to claim an upscale living community. Now recently hammered with all home siding to be replaced, low in-come housing assistance and poor management, multiple vehicle break-ins and letting anyone through the doors as long as they qualify...This community is hurting. You can see this by the number of empty apartments that they have. They refuse to lower rent even in today's market boasting that the market value is what is keeping it so high. They have twice as many people leaving as they do coming in. With the high class image they portray, the community falls short of what they promise. You can just as nice, as much if not more cheaper in the same area. Shop around!
