If you are looking for a quite, comfortable, livable, family oriented atmosphere, DO NOT COME TO CENTERPOINTE. If you enjoy hearing people yelling after 11pm on weekdays, racing in the pool at midnight, making out in the jacuzzi, loud stereos, yelling at each other after several beers, worst management for a "low income assistance" apt that charges premium prices, then YOU BELONG HERE!!!!!
Otherwise, it really really has been a nightmare since they sold the apt unit to the new management.
