Years at this apartment: 2001-01-01 - 2002-01-01
Centerpointe USED to be wonderful, we had a cool saturday brunch that you could meet your neighbours at. The grounds were well maintained.. parking was still an issue. But All in all it WAS a great place to live.. and I planned on even Renewing my lease come next time.
Then... The apartments got new management. RIght now there is construction hell, we have to pay to rent the recreation area, the pool is overcrowded and WARM... EWW the SPA is always broken, both are in need of serious cleaning! The parking is worse *because of the construction* the women in the office are total nightmares. AND nothing works. The Dryer which worked so wonderfully is now a 3 times for one load kinda deal.
The people in the complex have also gone downhill. There is a party every night, people scream and yell late at night in the parking areas and best of all.. everyone thumps their radios in their cars.
Living here is a nightmare.. and the lease is unbreakable... Even after calling every goverment agency I know of.
DON'T WASTE TIME, MONEY OR EFFORT on this place!
