Poor Management but Nice Apartments

I can't even go begin to go into all of the problems we have had with the management here. The people in the office are always very friendly but completely disorganized and I believe incompetent. If you want anything done you have to continuously remind and keep calling them otherwise they completely forget about you. A lot of the problems have just been annoyances like whenever we have sent them anything by fax they have ALWAYS lost it and needed it resent, they mailed us the wrong key to our apartment so we had to hotel it the first night and then the next day they couldn't find any of our paperwork and no appologies, they forgot to mention different fees and other important details until after we moved in, etc. The list really just goes on and on and continues to expand. Luckily, there has not been major problems and we do not regret moving here.

The apartment is really nice and confortable. The grounds are kept nice. A lot more trees than many complexes. Good location. Only 1 block from the MAX light rail, and 1 block from the Tualtin Hills Nature Park which is 200 acres of forest with walking/jogging trails. Quiet but it really depends on your neighbors. No real regrets moving here.
