Equity Residential Sucks!

I lived at Centerpointe for over 3 years and was very happy there under Trammell Crow's management. However, in May 2002, Equity Residential took over and I've been miserable since. Their managing team is very unhelpful. They didn't notify all the residents of all the construction that has been going on Monday thru Saturday. They treat tenants like they're doing us a favor when it's the tenants that are the consumers. Centerpointe use to feel safe and clean. It's now dirty and even the new tenants that have been coming in since Equity Residential's take over have declined. Of course, I did not renew my lease....I ran out of there as soon as I could!
