I'm writing to warn anyone wanting to rent at this property or any other Equity Real Estate propety, DON'T!
Here is a small list of how this large company takes advantage of it's renters:
1. They don't respect your privacy. In the year I lived there they came up with half a dozen reasons to come into my apartment. Yet when the lights in my kitchen went out and my disposal stopped working, I had to call them over and over.
2. After your lease is up, regardless if you sign on for another year, they will raise your rent at least $100.
3. If you recommend their complex to a friend they say they'll give you a rental credit, but won't. It happened to my friends when I moved in.
4. When you move out, like me, you can scrub the walls, floors, cabinets,etc and they will still send you a bill in the hundreds of dollars for cleaning EVEN THOUGH OREGON RENTAL LAW PROHIBITS THEM FROM DOING SO.
5. And if you dispute the charge, they send you to collections and ruin your credit and rental history for the future.

RENTER BEWARE!!!
