When my fianc and I moved in here, the grounds were clean and attractive, the office staff was helpful, and requests for repairs were fulfilled within 24 hours. Living here, we paid more in rent than we did in our previous residence. But the trade-off in service was worth the extra expense.

However now that we have new management, the rent is the same but the quality we are willing to pay for is gone. Repairs are grudgedly done after multiple requests. The trash dumpster area is filthy. We have tenants that do not seem to care-they play loud music late at night and they dump trash in the recycle bins. And the construction, oh God, the never-ending construction! As if the construction is not bad enough, some of the construction workers make me feel like I live in a fish-bowl by looking in at me as they walk past my window!

If you are considering moving here, don't.
