Moved out recently after having lived here for 2.5 years... The place has totally gone to the dogs. Once upon a time they had a nice green lawn and an onsite manager you could talk to when you needed help...

By the time we moved out, the onsite manager was long gone and the management company didn't give a ____ about fixing things, watering the lawn or getting the garbage collected. I had a broken dishwasher that took them a month to get fixed, and when the upstairs neighbor's tub leaked and made a hole in my bathroom ceiling, nobody ever came to fix it. That hole was still there the day we moved out, and I'm still waiting for them to send me some bull____ bill making me pay to repair it. The new owner of that complex is so cheap that he raised the rent, but refuses to fix anything. If you call the management staff, they'll just blow you off. They could care less.

If you're looking for a place to live, then move along.... nothing to see here. Trust me!
