	Moved out recently after having lived here for 2.5 years... The place has totally gone to the dogs. Once upon a time they had a nice green lawn and an onsite manager you could talk to when you needed help... ... more

	This place is managed off site now. Now managers to see what happens day and night. They forget about you and things get over grown. The neighborhood is just plain gettoville. There is drug traffic, gang like people, there's been ... more

	A problem with slugs and flies. On-site manager gone days at a time with no assistant or back up management. No maintenance people. Has nearby schools going for it, that´s about it.
