I thought there should be something postive on this review site. It seems people tend to just put bad things on this review site. I have to disagree with all of them . I have lived at Country Gables for almost 4yrs. I have a great floorplan facing the woods . I love it . This is a very spacious floorplan with full size washer and dryer , along with a wood buring fireplace and lots of closet space also a bedroom that is 13x11 which is great , 1 parking space is included with my rent.I have nice people that live around me . Yes there has been some strange ones time to time but that's just life . You will hear people walking at times around you . However you are living in a community and that comes with it . The property manger is great and so is the maintaince team. You could not ask for more . I suggest the apts facing the woods. I love it because you can see deer and birds out there from time to time . You are close to murrayhill shopping and walking trails and 15min. from downtown. I know there are alot of very long term and happy residents that love it here as well . Will not go any were till buy a house . Only down fall would be needing to uprade workout room , and last but not least more acess to the trash compactor. These are all little things that do not really matter in life . So live and enjoy Country Gables.Thanks Martin for all that you do .
