Good location, great sized bedrooms, nice playground for kids. Management lacking in brains. I received a notice on my door saying that I had to prevent my baby from crying at night. Hmmm..yah. Door got stuck on neighbors door with neighbor trapped inside..took maintenance 2 hours to get to it. Manager yelled at children and spoke in downgrading tone to rest of staff. She also tried to charge me massive amounts of money after I moved, claiming that there were red spots everywhere when I had spent 6 hours cleaning the carpets myself. When I tried speaking to her about it she grew very rude and insulting. Equity was contacted and she got a promotion. Interesting.

I spoke to about 20 of my neighbors and they all agreed that management was the rudest they had ever seen.
I have not lived there in a while but I have spoken to many that do and management is still the same.
