The apartments are very spacious. The office staff, Carolyn, Jamir, Stephanie and all the rest are very helpful and attentive to all your needs. Maintenance guys are great and very prompt! Also this complex has the best school in Beaverton, which is scholls heights. It has a great playground in the complex which my child loves and an indoor and outdoor pool, too! It is very family oriented with great kids to play with! We plan to renew our lease! It is great here!

The school boundaries have since changed. The elementary school is now Nancy Ryles not Scholls Heights, but Nancy Ryles is also an excellent school!
