Nice apartments, craptasitc traffic

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Lived here more than a year. Pretty good price. Feel like I get more for my money here. Have had no problems. Very nice area.

However, plan on it taking at least 15-20 minutes to get to the freeway (217)thats 3 miles away. No doubt traffic is killing property value, but morons keep building houses out here. What can ya do'

If Scholls ferry had 3 lanes, and got rid of about half of the ridiculously unnecesary traffic signals I would definately stay here.
