Garbage out of control; parking permit for assigned parking''

Although I like the apartment itself and the setting (at the edge of town & Murrayhill district, large dogs allowed), there are a few things that just urk me. Parking permits are required even though you have an assigned parking spot and the office has your lisense plate on file. If you don't have it displayed at all times you get a $50 parking ticket for parking in your own spot! The permit is not a simple sticker, it is a thick plastic ugly thing you have to hang from your rear-view mirror. Also, the garbage situation is out of control. On Sunday's there are MOUNDS of garbage around the compactor. The carpets are very poor quality. Very noisy in the summer - kids noisy everywhere on the grounds and in the pool until 11pm at night.
