I was a resident for nearly two years. Admittedly, you can hear your neighbors a people have reported previously, but what can you expect from a place nearly 14 years old. This place has its problems just like any other place, but the staff has always seemed genuinly concerned and have been helpful. Three bedroom have large rooms and is a good deal for the price. I admit, the one compactor in the area can be a pain sometimes because its not close to all the apts, but it has the advantage of reducing the visibility of garbage to just one area instead of 5 or 6 placed throught the complex. Beaverton school district is the best. Most importantly, the staff has always been friendly and sympathetic. The assistant manager even lived on site, so it is obviously a decent place.
