We picked these apartments based on dollars per square foot. The rooms are all good size except for the kitchen (typical of most apts). The kitchen is completely separate from the living room area (not something I like). Main problem with the floor plan is lack of any sort of closet for linens/towels/etc.

Overall it's mostly quiet when children aren't running around outside or playing on the stairwells. At times, I have seen some rather large dogs on the grounds unleashed.

The exercise equipment is adequate though aging and the "heated" pool is often too cold to stay in for very long.

Recently, all dumpsters were removed in favor of one large trash compacter. This requires us to either haul our garbage about 2 blocks in the rain by foot or transport it by car (who wants to drive garbage around in their car every few days').

The office is terribly under staffed. It is difficult to reach anyone by phone, and messages don't seem to be ever returned. Often there is no one in the office and UPS doesn't wait around to deliver those packages!

Maintenance takes anywhere from 2 hours to 2 days to respond to requests and sometimes have to call back after 2 days because the work order fell into a black hole somewhere.

The appliances are all adequate but no-frills. The washer/dryer are slightly smaller than normal and rather noisy.

Parking on our side of the complex is a nightmare. We have one assigned covered parking spot & two cars. Guests must park quite some distance away most of the time.

The shortest lease term is 6 months and renting month-to-month raises the rent considerably (about 15%).

Overall there's not a lot to complain about except for the frequent difficulty reaching the office staff. Hope this helps you out! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
